Congratulations to Savannah Richards and Vida Torres, the first girls in PHS history to represent our school and community in the first PIAA state championship girls wrestling tournament held at the Giant Center in Hershey. ?Savannah‘s opening round 17 -7 win makes her the first girl in PHS history to score a state championship win. She will return tomorrow to compete in the quarterfinals and continue to pursue a state medal. Vita Torres dropped a well wrestled 7-4 match and will now be in the wrestle backs as she tries to earn a medal. Trojan, proud of these young ladies, representing our school and community with pride, honor and good sportsmanship.
